- self-starter and outgoing attitude

- excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- excellent written and oral communication skills

- demonstrating a high level of product knowledge

- experience as a sales professional, preferably in retail

- excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail

- exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations

- ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

- valid Class 5 BC driver's license

- VSA license (preferred), eligibility to obtain one is a must
