You can recharge your Outlander PHEV at home using a standard 120V household outlet or a professionally installed 240V charging station. You can also take advantage of the 240V public charging stations or any DC Fast Charging Station while on the go.
A Level 1 (120V) outlet takes less than eight hours; a Level 2 (240V) outlet takes less than four hours; and with a DC Fast Charging outlet, it takes about 25 minutes to charge up to 80%.
The 2023 Outlander PHEV is expected to have a full EV range of up to 80-95 KM range according to testing done in Japan. We are still waiting for the official Canadian specs and figures. A lot of YouTube videos from Japanese owners are experiencing a range of 83-93Km approximately.
As with all Mitsubishi’s, the Outlander PHEV has a comprehensive warranty package that drivers will love. Take advantage of five years (or 100,000 kilometres – whichever comes first) of factory New Vehicle Limited Warranty, plus 10 years (or 160,000 kilometres) of Powertrain Limited Warranty and five-year Roadside Assistance benefits with an unlimited mileage cap.
There will be four available trim levels available on the Outlander PHEV, ES, LE, SEL, GT (GT-P). Standard features includes advanced safety technologies (FCM, Lane Depart, Blind Spot, Rear Traffic Warnings), Super AWD with Terrain Select, and Seating for up to 7 passengers. Top models include front massage seats, BOSE sound system, Heads up display, 360 Surround Cameras, and Many more.
The Outlander PHEV is expected to qualify for the federal IZEV rebate of $5000 and BC CEV rebates of up to $2000. Please note that for BC Rebates, you MUST obtained a pre-approval from government.
